Terms of Service

By accessing or using fursacv.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GHS Consulting LLC.

Fursa CV is an AI-powered career tool that analyzes your CV and job descriptions to provide optimization suggestions, match scores, cover letters, and job discovery features — powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Results are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee job placement, interview requests, or employment outcomes.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ghsconsulting.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Apply Pro subscription: Billed monthly at SAR 99. Your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar day each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal.

One-time payments: Some features (CV optimization, certifications) are available as one-time purchases. These are non-recurring.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Subscriptions: Because digital services are delivered immediately upon subscription activation, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you cancel before renewal, no further charges will occur.

One-time purchases: Because the AI-generated output is delivered instantly, all one-time purchases are final and non-refundable.

Technical failures: If the Service fails to return output due to a technical error on our side, contact us within 48 hours at support@ghsconsulting.io and we will issue a full credit or re-run your request at no charge.

You retain ownership of all CV content and documents you submit. By using the Service, you grant GHS Consulting LLC a limited, temporary license to process that content solely to deliver your results. We do not store, sell, train AI on, or share your CV data with third parties after your session ends.

AI-generated output is a starting point, not a final product. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submitting to employers. GHS Consulting LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or career effectiveness of the output.

You agree not to: (a) submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; (b) use the Service to generate content for others commercially without our written consent; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (d) attempt to bypass payment or access controls; (e) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

The Fursa name, logo, site design, and software are the property of GHS Consulting LLC. AI-generated output delivered to you may be used freely by you for personal career purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize the output at scale.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GHS Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) SAR 100.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time via your dashboard. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
